It is about damn time!! I love the character and have been wanting to know her back story. This is the kind of book that makes me keep reading comic books.

Short but sweet, I am thrilled.

Yeah, this should be good. I've enjoyed keeping up with the Invincible trades from the library....but I'm only to the part where she and Invincible shared that surprise kiss in Africa.

I wonder....was this supposed to be a clever turn of phrase from the solicitation copy:

"...and what shaped her into the woman she is today."

I don't know how to be delicate about this, but the terms "Atom Eve" and "shape" have always been synonymous in my mind. Ahem.

I love Invincible. You really should try Walking Dead. If you like Kirkman's writing, you'll probably like it. I think it's one of the best things out there. I'm not a zombie fan, but the story is really not about zombies. It's about the people that aren't zombies.

Mark, nice one! If the description of the book gets our attention, god knows what the actual book will do!!:-)

John, thank you for the suggestion! I didn't appreciate Walking Dead when it first came out because I thought it was a rip off of 28 days later, but it seems to be a whole new ballgame that I need to revisit. I have heard nothing but great things!

Thank you so much for reminding me!

Story by "Benito Cereno"? Is that for real?
