This week should be a quick one with Labor Day coming up. I know my Monday sure did fly by! My good news is that I went to the doctor and my blood pressure was 110 over 60- meaning it has improved in the last two weeks. I quit caffeine cold turkey on the 18th, so it is showing results. Yay!
