It finally happened. I have no new comics this week. Strange. Another first is that Jim actually has more titles in a week then me with his two books- Green Lantern Corps and Far West.
Weird.
Weird.
I never thought I would go a week with no books, but here I am. In the spirit of picking up a title, if I was to get one it would be:
Top Ten #4 (of 4)- pictured
I have the first three issues, and had cut this off my list due to finances. If I get the chance, I would like to pick this up and finish the mini-series.
Other books I would have picked up are:
Batman: Battle for the Cowl #1 (of 3)
Fables #82- which may come back on my pull list soon
Punisher Max #68
No wonder I feel so disconnected from comics right now. My cutbacks are severe and have really taken effect in a major way. I don't know how I feel about this.
What are you getting?

I always think that its weird when there is nothing to buy. I look around the shop and think, "there must be something here that is calling to me" and yet, many times, there isn't. Its one of the things that makes me think about when i sit in my studio doing my own art: there isn't anything like this out there. Therefore i must do it.
And I kept top ten in my do read list.
It is odd when having a "dry" week. I like the way you think- checking out around the shop to see if there is something to grab you. :-) The fact that you gain inspiration is a huge bonus. I admire that!
I agree- Top Ten must be on a read list. I am planning to pick it up if I can find it. I have been hooked since the first maxi-series!
Nothing and more nothing least comic-reading wise. I've been comic free for about three or four weeks now I think. Strangely I HAVE had an appetite for the Dresden Files books though.
I say use these free weeks to catch up on trades you have in surplus, cause I know you likely have a couple you haven't read yet. You know, those dust-covered tomes that are just sitting there waiting to be devoured.
:)
On completely random note, MST3K staff event going on in Seattle this weekend, if your into that sort of thing.
