The cover of Justice League of America #209 has always stood out in my mind for several reasons. Firstly the characters on the sidebars are all looking in with killer facial expressions in full display. Secondly, the action on the inside portion of the cover is very compelling. The stark image of per Degaton in his glory surrounded by head shots of the characters involved in the annual JSA/JLA, and in the instance, All Stars, is very memorable.
Imagine my pleasant surprise when I saw the cover in the next post.
