We are having prime rib today. I just prepped it and put it in the oven. My eyes are watering a bit from breaking up a garlic clove and inserting them into the meat, but hopefully it will be worth it. Otherwise, we are going to call family and relax the rest of the day. Tomorrow is a regular work day so I need to have everything done.
Nothing new or exciting since yesterday other then just being sore from working out. My contest ends April 3, so there is less then two weeks left now. I have lost 20 pounds and stalled, but am pretty happy with my body fat loss. Being thinner and losing fat is a nice consolation if nothing else. Now that I have come to the conclusion that I am never going to be a super model so I just have to be at peace with what I have.
